This is the sixth of seven fully resourced lessons for GCSE Islam Thematic Studies, Theme D ‘Religion, Peace & Conflict’. The lesson uses videos and professionally designed video-learning worksheets to provide an overview of Muslim perspectives on the theme. This lesson focuses on war, peace, conflict, and terrorism. It pays special attention to recent development regarding ISIS, interpretations of jihad and Islamic extremism.
