A translation task / jigsaw for students to put together. Students should then highlight in different colours each of the tenses used within the paragraphs and look up any unknown phrases. After this, they should write their own paragraphs using this structure: those who need extra support don’t need to change much whereas others will want to completely adapt their piece of work.

Listening task using some of Conti’s methods for Chapter 6 of the AQA spec. It’s quite a long task so I would break this up and really get into the transcript (which I’ve typed out). I’ve also included the answers to save you time. It’s a Latin American accent with lots of new vocab so something to really push students.
