simple grids to record the phonemes that children know from phase 2 - 5. Also includes tricky words from phase 2,3,4, and 5. Each grid has a column to add each child's initials ( there are 30 rows but can be edited to suit your class) I have used this grid for a few years now and find it great as you can see your whole class gaps at a glance and it can be added to at the end of each half term. You could even use different colours to record each half term so that you can see their progress.

A quick maths activity which can be used for a morning task, maths lesson starter or simply if you have a spare 5 minutes. Each sum is presented as a word problem and the children either need to use an addition or subtraction strategy ( extend by asking children what it was about the question that made them use a certain operation) the answers are revealed by clicking the mouse and the star will fly away. There are 15 questions altogether and they include a mixture of abilities with some answers been below 10 others 10- 20 and a couple of 20 + ones. if you find this resource useful look out for other quick maths resources coming soon!

Makes a lovely classroom board ( title sheet included) and is a good all year round PSHCE activity. This can be used throughout both primary and high school with any ability.
