Observation template sheets suitable for both Nursery and Reception as well as day care settings. The long observation includes areas of learning and age level, as well as characteristics of effective learning. The short ones are briefer but still include CEL. I have been using these a while and find them easy to use and assess with.

Number sheets that can be laminated and used in provision, children can use cubes or counters to make the numbers. Also included are sheets that can also be laminated, children can practice writing the number then count out the corresponding amount of objects into the boxes below. These can also be printed out and used as a worksheet or homework.
