A presentation and worksheet introducing matrix transformations of points. The worksheet is particularly useful as it will help students in future to help identify the relationship between the matrix and the geometrical transformation. I used this with Y11 Level 2 Further Maths students but would be great for Y12 too.

An introductory lesson to the concept of differentiation, using tangents to curves to demonstrate (via the contextual representation of rate of change). I used this with a top set Y11 group who were studing for Level 2 Further Maths however it would also work great for a new Y12 group. Includes a presentation, practice questions and exercises.
