The PPT is a stimulus for a bit of spoken practice of the Accusative. The first slide acts as homepage: students select a letter from the homepage and are hyperlinked to a slide; they then have to say create a sentence saying they would like to have/own/but the animal pictured, using the on-screen help to get the Accusative right.

A series of short texts in which characters from the series 'Buffy the Vampire Slayer' reveal where they have lived apart from Sunnydale. Texts are followed by a richtig / falsch exercisr, a 'Welche Person ...? ' exercise and finally comprehension questions in German.

Multiple choice practice of Perfect Tense structures for relative beginners. The first slide on the PPT acts a homepage for the other slides. Students must select a letter on the homepage and are then hyperlinked to a multiple choice question.

Powerpoint for practising places in a town. Each slide has a severely cropped image of a place in a town. Students have to say what they think it is. The following slide reveals the full image, and a further click will reveal the relevant French word.

Some extended Reading for 6th Form. A dystopian look at the future with a surprise / cliche ending, depending on how many Sci-Fi films you've seen. This is an extended and more detailed version of a story I originally wrote for my KS4 French classes. Extended exposure to the Imperfect! The second resource is an interactive cloze text featuring a section of the story. All the missing words are verbs in the Imperfect.

This is about as simple an account of the Gunpowder Plot as I could come up with. Hopefully the visuals and the cognates will aid comprehension!

Two authentic stories from the German press form the basis of this interactive gap-fill activity. Pupils drag and drop verbs in the Imperfect Teses into the gaps to complete the texts..

Sequence of slides showing things that are valued highly in monetary terms. Ask students to speculate as to the value of each object, before clicking to reveal the value. Finally, ask them to tell you what they value that doesn't cost anything. Did this with Year 7 and Year 8, but I suspect it would work OK with any year group.
