Content:
Starter with basic opinion phrases (I like, I don’t like, I hate, I love, I like … very much).
Challenge starter: longer sentences with opinion phrases about things you can find in your town.
Reading activity: introducing adjectives they can use to give opinions about town (calm, pretty, clean, old, dirty, different, big, small).
Reading activity: say if the sentences are positive or negative based on the adjectives shown in the previous slide.
Listening activity where opinions about a city/town/village are given and justified.
Reading activity: translation of previous sentences with a table to help LA students.
Speaking activity to finish: sentence stealers.
