There are 2 activities Oral activity (students can work in pairs) Imagine that you are an environmentalist, Luis Gómez, who is being interviewed by a tv reporter, María Pascual, regarding environment issues for which you will offer recommendations. Offer a recommendation for each environment issue using a different introductory verb in the present tense and a different subjunctive verb. There are 10 environmental problems presented. Same activity as #1 with a bank of introductory verbs and solutions provided. Students have to write a recommendation for each problem using a different introductory verb (present tense) and a different subjunctive verb. This activity can be used as a follow up after students do the first activity in pairs. Suggestion: Activity # 1 can be used as a speaking assessment where students work in pairs and each student offers 5 recommendations and swap roles half way.
