Waves: Passages and Questions This activity is designed to explain and review types of waves. The reading passage will include transverse, compressional, and seismic waves. After a reading passage, there are four multiple choice questions and a constructed response. I pass out this homework assignment as a review before the student's assessment.

Electricity Laboratory Experiment The Shocking Lemon Experiment provides a written laboratory detailing the question, materials list, and procedure for a student to make a battery out of a lemon. After seeing the popularity of our Cells Escape Room, we have decided to release an abbreviated version. There are times where the full version of the escape rooms are too involved for the amount of time allotted. This Cells - Mini - Escape Room allows the teacher to use a break out box as a bell ringer activity. You will also be able to see the power of an escape room in producing teachable moments within your classroom. This is a brand new Cells Escape Room is a totally immersive product from the STEM Center that promotes cooperative learning! We have developed a comprehensive 1 tier, Cells themed Escape Room, Break Out Box Activity. The Escape Room centers around the fundamental vocabulary found within a unit focused on the Cells. We have found a way to make learning FUN! Students are given a 20 word puzzle that will lead to unlocking a lock box that contains their group’s set of color coded clues.
