Plenary activity - Splat using key words from the unit.
Handout also included - print one per student for them to complete during the lesson.
Muscular system revision sheet - BTEC National Sport Unit 1 - Anatomy & Physiology - Topic B
Two page revision sheet created as a revision tool to give students in preparation for an end of topic assessment, or as an intervention sheet to recap learning from the topic after their assessment.
Muscular system revision lesson - BTEC National Sport Unit 1 - Anatomy & Physiology - Topic B
Created as an end of unit revision lesson as preparation for an end of topic assessment.
Lesson includes a starter activity on key areas based around the topic. Practice questions and answer slides to use as peer / self assessment.
*Also provided - student booklet / graphic organiser to handout for students to compelte the work on. Print x2 slides per page.
Students have found this really useful - Exam questions chosen were on topic areas students said they found particuarly challenging.
Energy systems revision lesson - BTEC National Sport Unit 1 - Anatomy & Physiology - Topic E
Created as an end of unit revision lesson as preparation for an end of topic assessment.
Lesson includes a starter activity on key areas based around the topic. Practice questions and answer slides to use as peer / self assessment.

Lesson created as a one-lesson crash course of the Energy systems topic from Unit 1 - Anatomy & Physiology (Level 3 BTEC Sport).
My students have found the energy systems topic to be the most challenging from the 5 body systems studied throughout the course. This lesson was created as a ‘crash-course’ of the energy systems topic to cover everything they need to know in one lesson.
Students found this lesson to consolidate the most important bits of information from the topic & create a revision sheet with all the information they need to know.
This lesson was created to support students for their revision in preparation for the R041 - Reducing the risk of sports injuries external assessment. (Cambridge National Sports Science Level 2).
