Tes Universal Accounts: Everything you need to know

What is a Tes Universal Account, and why do I need one?  

A Tes Universal Account is a single common login, that will (in time) link all your Tes products, allowing you to access them all in one easy place and with only one password to remember. 

 

Why are you asking me to link my Tes products and create a Universal Account? 

We’re committed to delivering the best customer experience while ensuring the highest levels of security.  Linking your login details is the first step in streamlining access to your Tes services, eliminating the need to remember multiple passwords.  

Once all your products are linked to your Universal Account - this will be completed over the next few months - you’ll be able to access all your Tes products and services with just one set of login credentials.   

 

Why is Tes making these changes?  

Based on feedback from customers like you, we've learned that managing multiple passwords can be time-consuming and frustrating. With your Universal Account, you'll only need one login, making access simpler and more seamless. 

Connecting your products in this way is the first step towards providing an enhanced Tes experience. For now, your Universal Account lets you access your products quickly and easily with one password. But, in the future, it will unlock things like personalisation and a smarter, more joined-up, and often more automated solution across your products. 

We’ve still got lots of work to do to get there but we’re continuing to develop your Universal Account over the coming year. We’ll keep you updated as new and exciting features are released. 

 

How do I link my products to my Universal Account? 

We’ll be rolling out a programme of improvements over the next few months. We’ll let you know when each of your products is available to be linked. You’ll simply log in to your product when notified and follow the steps onscreen to link your accounts.  

 

How do I change my Universal Account password? 

You can update your Universal Account password via any of the products you have linked to your Universal Account. All you need to do is change your password on your profile page or click the ‘forgotten password link’.   

 

Why do my Universal Account login details work for some of my Tes products but not for others? 

The most likely cause is that not all your Tes products have been linked to your Universal Account yet. We’re gradually rolling out this upgrade across all Tes products, but this will take a few months to complete. We will keep you updated every step of the way and if you’d like to speak to someone, our friendly customer service team are on hand to help with your questions. Will all customers move to a Universal Account?  

All customers will transition to a Tes Universal Account that links to their products. This upgrade brings significant benefits to you. The Tes Universal Account is designed to make logging in and accessing your products easier and more secure. In the long run, you'll enjoy a high level of security, improved functionality, and a more personalised user experience. 

 

Will this change the way you process my data?
