About Canon Slade School

Canon Slade School is a mixed 11-18 voluntary aided Church of England secondary school and a member of The Bishop Fraser Multi Academy Trust.  There are around 1700 pupils, including some 350 in the sixth form.

The school has a well-deserved reputation not only for its outstanding academic work but also for Drama, Music,  Sport (Sportsmark  Award and regular success in national competitions) and many other activities.  We are one of only three schools nationally to hold the distinguished Diamond Award for Cultural Diversity from the SSAT.  The school is also a Cross of Nails Centre for Reconciliation in association with Coventry Cathedral.  We have been recognised by Mancheser Metropolitan University School of Education as a Leading Partnership School.
