About Kathmandu International Study Centre

Kathmandu International Study Centre (KISC) is a culturally diverse, not-for-profit educational organisation that provides an excellent education for primary and secondary students. We deliver an internationally accredited curriculum to approximately 220 students who come from around 20 different countries. 

We aim to provide a challenging, yet supportive learning environment enabling an excellent holistic education. And, we do not focus on one culture or nationality, but prepare students to think globally.

We believe that the process of learning is as important as actual achievement. We aim to create a learning environment in which each student feels valued and where there is freedom to express ideas and opinions, which may be examined openly and objectively. We encourage independence as well as interdependence.
