About St Richard's VC Academy
About Our School
The school is housed in a two-storey building and offers 'extensive' playing fields which have helped it develop a 'strong tradition of sporting excellence'. Rugby, athletics, cross country and netball are taught after school, supported by links with local sporting clubs.
The school's role within the community is strengthened by its 'very active' parents staff and friends' association.
St Richard's supports the church, local and national charities such as Missionary Children, Diocesan Child Rescue Society and the Poppy Appeal, and sponsors a child in Romania.
