About The British School in The Netherlands - Junior School Leidschenveen
Children from every corner of the world learn, play, and make friends, each and every day on our campus. It is our aim that the children who come to JSL are happy, engaged learners who make a positive contribution to their friendships, their family, and their school.
We have a wonderful Student Council, who along with Class Representatives, International Ambassadors, and Mental Health Ambassadors, ensure JSL has a strong student voice.
Our children enjoy a wide variety of opportunities to work as part of a team and to be a leader. We pride ourselves on the children’s good behaviour which we all work hard to promote throughout the whole school community.
TEACHING AT THE BSN
With small classes, motivated students, outstanding classroom support and excellent facilities, our staff are free to truly teach.
The BSN is a well-established school with a strong reputation and consistently outstanding exam results. At the same time, standards are modern, and our culture is one of innovation and continuous improvement.
Our Ed Tech strategy provides the best tools for great learning to occur and ensures the learning benefits are firmly in focus. Beyond the classroom, students benefit from an extensive range of co-curricular activities, trips and visits.
