At The Elms Academy, we live by our school motto to ‘be exceptional’. To achieve this, we need the best staff to bring out the best in every single student. For many of our children, this means equipping them with the knowledge, ambition and skill to attend university and go on to have a meaningful career.

We have a relentless focus on high standards, whether this is on the learning in classrooms, our students’ interactions around the Academy, or in raising their aspirations. We don’t overcomplicate things: teachers teach, and students learn. Anything that takes away from this core focus has to come second.
