About the Role:

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be the welcoming face of Millennium Primary School, offering professional and warm reception services to parents and visitors. Your role will include managing correspondence, maintaining accurate records, and support with essential administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for parents, visitors, and telephone inquiries, providing friendly and efficient assistance.
  • Perform a range of administrative tasks.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, and packages).
  • Keep records and databases up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and school events.
  • Collaborate with the wider central administrative team to support Trust and academy-level functions when required.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or reception role is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive, approachable attitude, with a commitment to excellent customer service.
