This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to play a key reception-based role at Bromley High Junior School.
As an Administration Assistant / Receptionist you will be the welcoming face of Bromley High Junior School, acting as the first point of contact for parents, visitors and pupils. This will involve dealing with queries, overseeing the school's post and controlling access to the Reception area and wider site.
In addition to your reception duties, you will also provide key administrative support to the Junior School office and the Junior Leadership team.
You will be a well-organised and personable individual, with an excellent telephone manner and strong interpersonal skills. You will need previous experience of office administration and reception duties, as well as a high level of ICT literacy, including Microsoft Office.
This is a part time, term time only role, working Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 8am to 5pm (with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break) plus two weeks during school holidays.
