Glebe is a diverse, vibrant school in Kenton, Harrow. We have over 600 children, 80 staff and a large community of families committed to our school.

Following a recent staffing restructure, we are seeking new roles to support our future vision to achieve the best outcomes for every Glebe child.

We are seeking a new ADMINISTRATOR (Finance and HR) as part of the future vision.

This role will ensure compliance with financial regulations and HR systems and be a very people-focused role as a part of the Operations Team.

Online searches will form a part of our safeguarding and safer recruitment processes. Safeguarding is at the core of every role in the school.

You should:

  • Understand the importance of safeguarding
  • Be organised and systematic
  • Have attention to detail
  • Work efficiently
  • Be a team player
  • Have good customer service skills
  • Be confident with IT systems and learning new IT systems
  • Enjoy working in a school setting


Working hours are between 8am and 4.30pm (flexible within the team), Mon-Fri, Term Time Only, with 30 min unpaid lunch
