Job overview

Queen’s College, London is looking for an Admissions and Bursaries Administrator to join the Admissions and Marketing team. This is a new role, supporting the admissions process and managing the administration of our extensive bursaries and scholarships programme. This will involve managing and maintaining our student data on our bursaries and scholarships, as well as supporting families requesting additional support and working closely with the Principal, Head and Bursar. You will work with teaching staff on the programmes on offer for our scholars, and ensure marketing have the information they need to promote our programmes.  Working closely with our finance team, you will also make sure all payment plans are documented and communicated to the parents and Principal. Finally, you will also support the Head of Admissions throughout the annual admissions process of open days, assessments, offers and events.

This is a varied role, requiring excellent attention to detail, confidentiality and sensitivity, strong organisational skills and a can-do attitude. We are open to flexible and part time working for this role which is likely to be term time only.
