We have an exciting new vacancy for an Admissions Officer / Trips Coordinator to support our team at Holcombe Grammar School. The successful candidate will undertake all administrative tasks associated with admissions and suspensions, providing an effective and efficient service to the school and parents.

You will act as the initial point of contact for all admissions enquiries, providing routine information regarding the admissions process to parents / carers. Role responsibilities include issuing routine correspondence, offer letters and information packs to parents regarding admissions in accordance with academy procedure.

As the Trips Coordinator for the school, you will arrange school trips efficiently, taking responsibility for bookings and coordination of all requirements while managing any trip related paperwork and documentation.
