We are looking to appoint an experienced Admissions Generalist to start as soon as possible. The successful candidate will act as an ambassador for the school, take initiative to improve systems and processes to aid in efficiency and effectiveness. Be innovative in ways to promote our school and increase enrolment numbers. They will have an outgoing and friendly personality and will assist to manage the day-to-day administrative tasks associated with Admissions and lead school tours all whilst promoting a strong customer service ethos and high professional standards. The post holder will report to the Head of Admissions.
Requirements:
● Minimum 2 years’ experience working in an Admissions department in a British Curriculum premium school in Dubai.
● Excellent knowledge of KHDA regulations and requirements.
● Educated to a degree level is mandatory.
● Ability to manage multiple assignments efficiently under pressure whilst meeting tight deadlines.
● Strong English speaker with exceptional skills, both verbal and written.
● Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, must enjoy dealing with customers face to face.
● Must be a team player with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and meet targets.
● Excellent IT skills, good working knowledge of excel and google drive.
● Strong knowledge of iSAMS would be an advantage.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:

● Be available for walk-in parent queries and tours.
● To ensure that student admissions targets are achieved.
● Liaise with tact and diplomacy with school staff and representatives of the central office.
● Follow the required procedures, within the defined timelines, to ensure that all applications are processed in a timely manner.
● Be able to commit to tasks beyond typical work day when required.
● Answer the admissions phones in a professional manner, answering queries.
● Promptly respond to all email enquiries.
● Collect and accurately record various admission documents.
● Booking and tracking admissions assessments and communicating with staff members when scheduling assessments.
● Maintain current and archived student files.
● Take part in the planning and presentation of admission events such as open days, stay and plays, popup events and road shows.
