The academy is a vibrant and diverse 11-16 academy. Our exceptional academic and pastoral teams are here to provide you with the necessary tools to make a significant and lasting impact on students. The academy offers effective care and support for students, particularly those with special needs, and with a strong emphasis on academic achievement, it provides the perfect environment for anyone dedicated to empowering their students.

The position would suit someone with experience of supporting young people in an education setting. You will be working closely with our Personal Development Centre Coordinator to promote positive behaviour and to support our students’ personal and curricular development.

An ability to build strong relationships with students will be essential as you will have to work collaboratively with both internal and external professionals to support students.

You will be extremely organised, and have excellent administrative and communication skills, as well as the ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team will be key to supporting our students.
