Al Maharat School is seeking a passionate, dedicated, and dynamic Arabic B Teacher to join our forward-thinking educational team. Develop and deliver well-structured lessons tailored to the Arabic B curriculum, with a focus 

Create a dynamic and interactive classroom environment where students feel comfortable participating and engaging in their language learning journey. Utilize diverse teaching methods to cater to different learning styles and needs.

Conduct regular assessments, both formative and summative, to track student progress and ensure learning goals are achieved. Provide detailed feedback to help students improve their language proficiency.

Collaborate with other teachers and academic staff to enhance the Arabic B curriculum and incorporate innovative educational strategies and tools.

Maintain open communication with parents and school leadership regarding student progress and areas for improvement. Work closely with colleagues to foster a positive and cohesive educational experience.

Implement effective classroom management techniques that maintain a structured and supportive learning environment.

Actively participate in professional development initiatives and stay updated on the latest trends in language education and teaching methodologies, especially for non-native speakers.

Participate in school activities, cultural events, and extracurricular programs that support student development and language acquisition.


Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Arabic Language, Education, or a related field.

A Teaching Diploma or an equivalent qualification in education is required.

Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in Arabic B, preferably within a multicultural or international setting.

Strong English proficiency with an IELTS score of 5.5 or equivalent, as communication with the wider school community will be in English.

Skills and Competencies:

Expertise in classroom management and the ability to engage students in learning.

Ability to differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for working with students, parents, and colleagues.

High level of cultural sensitivity and enthusiasm for language learning.
