Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct workplace assessments for electrical apprentices and students, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

- Provide guidance and support to learners, helping them develop the necessary skills and knowledge required for their end point assessment.

- Assess and evaluate learners' competence through observations, professional discussions, and written assessments.

- Deliver effective feedback and provide constructive advice to learners to aid their development and improvement.

- Collaborate with tutors, employers, and key stakeholders to ensure a holistic approach to the learners' development.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, standards, and qualification requirements to ensure the delivery of high-quality training and assessment.

Who You Are:

- A minimum of 5 years of experience working as an electrician in the industry.

- Possess relevant electrical qualifications and certifications.

- Hold an Assessor qualification (e.g., TAQA, A1, CAVA) or be willing to work towards one.

- Strong knowledge of industry regulations, standards, and best practices.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with learners, employers, and colleagues.

- Demonstrated ability to assess and evaluate learners' competence effectively.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
