We are seeking a confident, enthusiastic, and dedicated Assistant Head (Pastoral) and DSL here at Truro School Prep.

The Assistant Head (Pastoral) will work across the Prep and Pre-Prep, responsible for the pastoral care and wellbeing of pupils. They will have overall responsibility for the pastoral care of pupils, working alongside the Deputy Head to create the optimum pastoral structures to support the wellbeing of our pupils.

As Designated Safeguarding Lead, you will lead on all safeguarding and child protection matters arising at the School and support staff in dealing with any safeguarding and child protection concerns that arise.

The postholder will be part of the Truro School Prep Leadership Team and will contribute to the strategic direction and development of the School as well as its day-to-day running.
