We are seeking to recruit an Assistant Head of School to strategically lead our pastoral provision at both Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, ensuring that students meet our consistently high standards of behaviour and attitudes. The successful candidate will work proactively with the Head of School and the wider senior leadership team to deliver a great education for students.

The Magna Carta School is an 11-16 academy in the Unity Schools Trust based in Staines-Upon-Thames, with approximately 1100 students on role. The school is a founder member of The Unity Schools Trust and the 1215 Learning Partnership, determined to enhance lives for young people across this area of Surrey.
