We are seeking to appoint a strategic, collaborative team player to join our Senior Leadership Team and lead our successful sixth form. The successful applicant will be a clear communicator who has high expectations of themselves and students; someone who motivates and inspires confidence, and shares our positive, hardworking ethos.
We offer extremely motivated and high achieving students, supportive colleagues and a wide range of opportunities for professional development. This is a really happy environment in which leadership, teaching and support staff work together to provide students with a high quality, broad and balanced education. Growth mindset strategies and character development are central to our day-to-day activities whilst maintaining staff and student well-being.
We welcome applications from inspirational teachers currently in a middle or senior leadership role, with a proven track record of academic, pastoral or sixth form leadership experience. We do not have any preference regarding your subject specialism.
