Our school is now in its fourth year and currently has 965 students on roll and is heavily oversubscribed for the following year. We are looking for a talented, proactive and positive individual who communicates the highest of expectations for student behaviour and conduct in everything that he/she does. You should be a powerful presence, able to inspire and motivate young people of all backgrounds and starting points and have secure knowledge and experience in safeguarding, student support and working with external agencies to keep young people safe.
Our ideal candidate will be a strong leader, modelling by example, with an eye for detail and a passion for school improvement at every level. We are looking to hear from candidates who are ambitious, passionate, driven and committed in securing the very best for our new school and the young people of East Leeds that it serves.

Due to the increased population in Leeds, particularly in young people of school age, there is a shortage of secondary school places which will last for the foreseeable future. To overcome this problem, Leeds City Council committed to opening a new school in September 2021 and have chosen Trinity Multi Academy Trust as their preferred sponsor.
