Job overview
We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Badminton Coach. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in badminton, a passion for teaching, and the ability to help inspire the next generation of badminton players.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging badminton coaching sessions for students of various skill levels.
- Develop and implement training programmes that improve students’ technical skills, tactical understanding, and overall fitness.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive environment that encourages student participation and enjoyment.
- Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to help students achieve their full potential.
- Organise and supervise practice sessions, ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience as a badminton coach, preferably with school-aged children.
- Strong knowledge of badminton techniques, rules, and strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to motivate and inspire students to develop their skills and love for the sport.
- Relevant coaching certifications and/or qualifications.
- First Aid certification.
- The ability to work flexible hours.
- A strong work ethic and flexible attitude.
