Job overview
We seek to appoint an enthusiastic, flexible individual with a passion for education, to work as part of the Pastoral and Student Support Team as a Behaviour Mentor.
The successful candidate will work with colleagues across departments and with students across the curriculum. The position is term-time only 36 hours per week, 8.15am - 4.15pm (flexi-working and part-time working available for the right candidate).

You will have:
- A good level of English and Maths
- Successful experience of working with children, ideally within an educational setting.
- IT experience would be an advantage as there may be some administration duties involved.

Northwood is a rapidly growing, popular, 11-18, fully-inclusive co-educational school where students make outstanding progress.
