Level 3 Apprenticeship Rates
Under 18 years - £12,925 per annum
18-20 years - £17,170 per annum
21+ years - £22,359 per annum
We are seeking an individual to join the directorate to support with the implementation of new administrative systems and processes relating to our High Needs and SEND learners. You will support with the tracking, monitoring and reporting of progress relating to EHCP outcomes, as well as support directorate leaders and managers with relevant data and information for the planning of provisions for our students.
The post holder will offer a staff-focused, responsive, and quality administrative service whilst ensuring efficient, accurate and timely processing of logging, updating and reporting from various systems. The post holder will, at all times, comply with LCC Group SEND policies & GDPR and maintain a proactive and diligent approach to quality and attention to detail.
We are the Inclusive Provision and SEND Directorate at Leeds City College.
What You Will Do
- Support and assist with the effective and efficient running of the quality related processes within the Directorate.
- Maintain accurate and up to date learner details within the MIS database ProSolution and ensure records are audit compliant for the Luminate Education Group.
- Undertake general administrative and clerical tasks, including word processing, use of databases, spreadsheets, email, photocopying, scanning and digital filing.
- Deal effectively and professionally with telephone and face-to-face enquiries from internal staff.
- Maintain and develop a robust recording system to support the team to log and document outcomes/targets and activities swiftly and efficiently on the Navigate system.
- To support the Quality and Innovation team meetings to drive improvements on the Navigate system for all EHCP learners.
- Support with various other administrative tasks within the Funding, Data & Compliance team ensuring that where any errors or missing information are identified, this is communicated quickly via email and/or Google Chat to relevant colleagues.
- To carry out regular accuracy checks of all data within the Department as directed by the Training & Development Coordinator and maintain data standards including adherence to the GDPR.
About You
- GCSE grade C / 4 or above in Maths and English (or equivalent literacy and numeracy at Level 2 or above).
- Experience of using Google and Microsoft systems (Docs, Sheets, Forms, Outlook etc.) and relevant databases.
- Enthusiasm and confidence in establishing professional, working relationships.
- Experience of working in a team environment and in an administrative role.
- Highly organised with the ability to work to demanding deadlines and deliver outcomes in an accurate and timely manner.
- Awareness of what an EHCP is and relevant SEND related terminology.
