Starting salary: £34,650 gross per annum pro rata (actual of £32,198 gross per annum)

Contract: Permanent, full-time, 37.5 hours per week, 42 working weeks, although flexible working will practice will be considered.

Start date: As soon as possible

We are seeking to appoint a determined, ambitious and inspiring Careers Lead to work at Barnsley Academy. We believe that education has the power to transform lives and careers education plays a fundamental role in that.

The successful candidate must be knowledgeable, oversee the careers education programme across all Key Stages, deliver one to one career advice to students, organise speakers from a range of Post-16 providers, develop partnerships with employers and organise visits to universities.
