Job overview
The students, staff and governors are looking for an enthusiastic and well-motivated person for the post of Caretaker to join our team of committed staff and make a significant contribution to our school. We especially want someone who will really care for our school, ensuring it looks its best, is safe and exemplifies the high expectations we have of our students.
The position is 39 weeks (term time) and 5 weeks to be negotiated during half term breaks.
We are looking for someone who has a positive attitude and can build excellent relationships with colleagues and whole school community.
We support all staff with an investment in their professional development through training and a good performance management process.
