Job overview
We are seeking a customer focused individual to play a key role as Front of House Supervisor at The North Wall Arts Centre.
The North Wall is an award-winning public arts centre situated in the grounds of St Edward’s School, housing a theatre, a gallery and studios for Drama and Dance.
As Front of House Supervisor, your core duties will include manning the box office at all times and acting as Duty Manager during events and performances in the theatre, gallery and studios.
You may be asked to provide emergency cover during unexpected staff absence. You will also be responsible for the safety and security of the building and its occupants.
This is a casual role, with no core hours.
We are looking for an individual with a strong commitment to customer care, who has previous experience of working in a busy public-facing role and/or a theatre front of house role. You will also be well organised and have experience of administration and handling cash. An interest in the arts/theatre is desirable, but not essential.
