The Board of Governors currently comprises 14 Governors with a range of backgrounds and professional experience. We are looking for a Chair of Governors to lead the Board in its responsibilities to ensure the highest possible standards of governance. They will work closely with the Headmistress and Senior Leadership Team to achieve the long-term success of the School. Previous governing experience would be beneficial.

School Details
From September 2025, Walthamstow Hall will accept girls aged 7 to 11 into Blackburn House and girls aged 11–18 into the Senior School.
There are approximately 580 pupils in the School, of which 442 are currently at Senior School. The majority of girls from our Junior School join us at 11+, along with pupils from other feeder Schools locally. We also have entry at 13+ and 16+, and retention into Sixth Form is strong.
