Cleaning Manager

Shifts a combination of; 6am - 9am/4pm - 7pm, 3 days and 6am - 12pm 2 days. If all 5 days could be split shifts, this is preferable, but there is flexibility available here.

In this role you will support the Estates Services Director, to ensure that our campus remains to be a welcoming, clean and safe space for students to learn and staff to work.

Excellent communication and people skills are required to manage and direct a large and diverse team to best delegate tasks, give constructive feedback, and ensure that everyone on the team is working toward the same goals.

You will have a keen eye for detail, to ensure that the cleaning team maintains high standards and can follow up with corrective action if needed. An ability to prioritise tasks, create schedules, and manage self and others’ time efficiently is also key. A willingness to work towards first aid qualifications is essential for the role.
