Join Our Team as an IB College Counselor
Are you passionate about guiding students toward their dreams of higher education? Do you have a proven track record of helping students gain admission to prestigious universities worldwide, particularly in the USA and Europe? If so, we invite you to become our College Counselor and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our students.
As an College Counselor, You Will:
- Guide high school students through the college admissions process, providing personalized academic and extracurricular plans.
- Assist with college applications, essays, resumes, and interview preparation.
- Collaborate with parents, conducting consultations, seminars, and workshops on university admissions and financial aid.
- Stay updated on global admissions trends and maintain strong relationships with universities.
- Organize college fairs, campus visits, and student-focused events to broaden exposure to higher education options.
What We’re Looking For:
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience in college counseling 5+ years with demonstrated success placing students in USA and European universities.
Skills and Personal Attributes:
- Expertise in college admissions processes, particularly for USA and European universities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple student portfolios and deadlines.
- Empathy, patience, and a passion for helping students achieve their academic and career goals.
- Ability to conduct engaging workshops and seminars for parents and students.
Recruitment Process:
- Panel Interview with the Head of School, DP Coordinator, and Employee Success Manager (45 minutes).
- Interview with a school advisor (20 minutes)
- Final Interview with the Founder and CEO (20 minutes).

We are proud to be the first and only one fully accredited IB World School for the Primary Years Programme (PYP), Middle Years Programme (MYP) and Diploma Programme (DP) in Cyprus. Also we are the only school in Cyprus offering Waldorf Programme.
Our school strives to offer the most progressive educational programmes to our students. At the moment we are preparing to bring an IB Career-Related Programme (CP) candidate. This prestigious programme offers Year 11-12 students the chance to develop career-focused skills and prepare for their future.

Our Campus
Currently we are operating in a temporary campus, opened in September 2022 which includes 3 areas: Pre-Primary, Primary and Secondary School as well as outdoor sport courts, playgrounds, canteen, 2 art studios, 2 music rooms and 2 libraries.
Future Campus
Drawing inspiration from renowned educational projects worldwide and working in collaboration with one of the leading architectural bureaus, we are about to shape the future of our school. Among other features, the permanent campus will include 5 laboratories, 2 art studios, swimming pool, sports base for both indoor and outdoor activities and much more.
By 2026, we aim to bring our vision to life and establish a vibrant educational environment for global citizens. This inclusive space will cater to the needs of our students, parents, teachers and international specialists, fostering mutual support and collaboration.
