Following our recent inspection in April 2024, Uckfield College has been awarded an ‘Outstanding’ rating by Ofsted, both as the overall judgement, and in each of the different categories that are evaluated. The MFL department is housed in our new main school building.
We require an inspirational professional who is passionate about high standards of student progress and an innovative driver of outstanding teaching and learning. We are looking for a leader who has a vision for what an excellent MFL education would look like for students and who is able to deliver that vision through excellent planning, coaching and teaching. This leader will also need to monitor and evaluate the quality and effectiveness of all the different strands of MFL education at Uckfield College.
