Director English & Literacy (Senior Leadership Role)

We are seeking to appoint a passionate and experienced leader of English who will lead the Lead Department in powerful knowledge, curriculum rigour and expert teaching practice – leading to outstanding outcomes for students. History is popular and successful subject throughout KS3, 4 and 5. The Director of English & Literacy will also lead the school's reading and literacy strategy, and will be part of the extended Senior Leadership Team.
