The Role

As Head of English, you will:

• Be an outstanding classroom practitioner;
• Have the vision to drive high standards in teaching, learning, and assessment across all key stages;
• Deliver and improve our ambitious and engaging English curriculum;
• Be able to demonstrate proven leadership skills and a track record of inspiring and motivating both  
• staff and students to achieve their full potential;
• Be a pivotal part of our team, contributing to the strategic direction of the school.
