In addition, you’ll have the communication skills to express yourself clearly, whatever the challenge or task. With your ability to build strong relationships, you’ll make connections across the College.
An excellent people manager, you will champion inclusivity, role model our values, and help us deliver change. About Dulwich College
Dulwich College is an academically selective independent boys’ school in south east London with a tradition of inspired teaching, genuine scholarship and co- curricular breadth. We are a school committed to providing a wealth of opportunities to pupils and colleagues within a nurturing, equitable and caring ethos.
There are approximately 1,630 boys on the school roll, of whom some 130 are boarders. There is a strong history of diversity at the College, reflecting that of south east London generally, but also that we are committed to an expanding programme of means-tested access. Currently about 30% of pupils have such an award but we hope to increase this to 50% in the coming years.
Situated in 70 acres, yet only 12 minutes by train from central London, the College enjoys outstanding academic, co-curricular and sporting facilities, including The Laboratory, a RIBA National Award-winning Science and Arts building. There has also been an extensive refurbishment of its iconic Grade II* listed Barry Buildings and surrounding landscaping.
