Job overview
We are looking for an innovative and highly effective leader with a strong commitment to ensuring that all pupils within science achieve excellent examination results and develop a lifelong interest in and love of the Sciences. The Director of Science will lead, and line manage, experienced colleagues who are working together to create a stimulating teaching and learning environment and is responsible for driving forward the strategic direction of the three Science departments.
The post will provide the opportunity for considerable career development and will be an excellent basis for further promotion.
