Early Childhood and Primary Teachers for August 2025 at our TWO Bangkok Campuses

TSI International School is seeking expressions of interest from dynamic EYFS and Primary teachers to inspire and nurture our students aged 2-11 years at one of our two Bangkok campuses.

• TSI Wongwianyai Campus was established in 2005 and has an enrolment of around 300 children. Here is the location of TSI Wongwianyai.
• TSI Primary@Bearing will be our second primary school to open in August 2025 in a brand-new building. We expect to have between 100-150 children in our founding year. Here is the location of TSI Bearing. Our new school will be well-resourced and implement the same curriculum and systems as our well-established Wongwianyai campus. 
• We will discuss campus preferences with applicants during the interview process and will try to accommodate these. 

TSI teachers deliver the English National Curriculum using an engaging inquiry-based approach. They play a key role in fostering academic growth and personal development in a supportive and collaborative environment.

1) DURATION: We offer two-year contracts, commencing on 1st August 2025.

2) MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan and deliver engaging and differentiated learning experiences based on the English National Curriculum 
• Value and actively promote the TSI Guiding Statements across the curriculum and within all facets of school life
• Provide pastoral care to the children in your Homeroom class.
• Communicate with Parents on student needs, progress and achievement.
• Contribute to the broader life of the school through ECA's or similar.

3) QUALIFICATIONS

• Native English speaker
• Bachelor of Education or equivalent postgraduate teaching qualification from a reputable university in a Western country.

4) EXPERIENCE:

• While we often prefer applicants to have at least 2 years of experience teaching in their home country, we will consider some recent graduates if their CV highlights their ability to contribute to our school and our learners’ development.
• Experience teaching children aged 2-11 years.
• Experience working with the UK Curriculum and EYFS Framework

5) HIGHLY DESIRABLE:

• Strong interest in inquiry-based teaching pedagogy that promotes student engagement and ownership of their learning
• Previous experience in an international school.
• Additional qualifications and/or recent professional development.
• A commitment to growing Global Citizenship, 21st Century Skills and Universal Values in our students.

About Us:

Educating students since 1985, TSI International School was one of Bangkok’s first international schools (previously ‘Thai Sikh International School’). 

TSI is a non-profit school governed by a registered not-for-profit foundation. In 2017, the school began a renewal process with new management and a complete review of our Values and Guiding Statements. Since 2017, the school has gone from strength to strength.  We continue to experience a significant increase in enrolments as our reputation for providing world-class international schooling continues to grow. In August 2025, we will open our second primary school at our Bearing Campus (current secondary school).
