Based in Winsford, Cheshire, the Winsford Academy is an 11 to 16 co-educational comprehensive school, which has recently been oversubscribed.

The staff at Winsford Academy are at the forefront of transforming young lives. The socio-economic context of the school places it in the 5th quintile for deprivation on entry and levels of SEN are also significantly higher than average.

We hope that you will consider joining us on our inspirational journey to impart a sense of belonging, aspiration and a lifelong love of learning to our whole student community.

With such meaningful work, we know how important it is that our staff are well supported and have the professional development, technology and systems they need to thrive from day one in school, as well as a warm welcome and 'family friendly' ethos.
