  • Demonstrate an understanding of English language and literature, including early reading and writing skills and be able to teach Functional Skills from Entry Level up to Level 2.

About the role:

An English teacher plays a crucial role in helping students with their language development and literacy skills, fostering a love for reading, writing, and critical thinking. This role requires someone can make a real impact and has a passion for working with young people with special educational needs. The successful candidate should create lessons that broaden horizons and inspire empathy, allowing students to see the world from different perspectives. Additionally, they should help students develop essential communication skills that pave the way for lifelong learning and curiosity.

Salary and Hours:

Salary: Teacher - M1-UPS plus SEN allowance £2,539

This is a full-time post 32.5 Hours    

This is a permanent vacancy
