We are seeking to appoint an Exams Officer who is totally aligned to our values of Hard Work, Integrity and Kindness, and completely committed to our mission: to ensure that every student will succeed at a good university or equivalent, thrive in their chosen field and live a great life.
The successful candidate will:
- Ensure the management, organisation and administration of internal & external examinations in accordance with the regulations set by the awarding bodies.
- Maintain stringent systems and processes for examinations.
- Support the appropriate members of the Senior Leadership Team within this area.
- Line-manage a team of Exam Invigilators & those with Lead Responsibilities.
This post is term time plus 3 weeks during non-term time. The working hours are 37.5 hours per week; although, there will be extended working hours during exam periods, so flexibility will be required. Applicants seeking to work part time are welcome to apply and alternative flexible working patterns will be considered if requested. The Bridge Academy opened in September 2007. We educate 900 students in Years 7-11, and our Sixth Form caters for 250 students in Year 12 – 13. Our specialist subjects, Music and Mathematics, sit alongside a broad and rich curriculum; the school timetable has been designed to ensure that there is room for special projects and enrichment and club activities, working with some of the most prestigious organisations in London.
