Orion Education is dedicated to improving the outcomes of young people, transforming lives and enabling social mobility. We have created a strong network of schools that help students to achieve high educational and personal goals, regardless of their background. Our commitment to excellence is driven by effective collaboration and shared practices across our eight schools in the South East of England.
As we continue to expand our impact, we are seeking an inspirational Executive Principal to lead us into the next phase of our journey. In this role, you will serve as the substantive Principal of Ravensworth Primary School in Mottingham, guiding the school towards its full potential whilst uniting and empowering the whole school community. As an Executive Principal you will also have a wider influence, working closely with the Director of Primary Schools to drive improvement and foster collaboration across all Trust primary schools. Your leadership will help raise standards of learning and achievement at the school and across the primary phase at Orion Education, with a focus on promoting a culture of lasting excellence.
Located at the heart of the Mottingham community in South East London, Ravensworth Primary School is committed to giving every child the opportunity to develop their identity, confidence, and future aspirations. The school was rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted earlier this year, and recently celebrated great results. We are now looking for a leader with the exceptional skills and experience required to build on these positives and take the school to the next level of consolidation, achievement, and improvement.
The Executive Principal role offers a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact and transform the lives of hundreds of children at Ravensworth Primary School and beyond, with great career potential at the trust. Your extensive knowledge of pedagogy and leadership, coupled with a clear understanding of what makes a truly great school, will be invaluable to both the school and the wider Orion Education network.
Like us, you will have relentlessly high expectations, a firm belief that every child deserves an excellent education, and a drive to continually improve. If you have both a proven track record of improving outcomes as a primary Headteacher/ Principal, a collaborative, determined mindset and you are ready to take the next step in your career, we encourage you to reach out and learn more about this opportunity.
