EYFS Leader

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated EYFS Leader to join our team. The successful EYFS Leader will be responsible for the welfare, progress, development, and achievement of all students within the Early Years department and will lead and manage the team effectively.

We are looking for applicants who are energetic, highly motivated, and passionate about childcare and education. Candidates should be committed to achieving high standards and creating a stimulating, positive, and child-centred learning environment.

Applicants for this role will:

• Hold a PGCE, BEd, and QTS (or equivalent).
• Have teaching experience in the English National Curriculum or a British-style curriculum, either in the UK or internationally.
• Be well-organized, reliable, and enthusiastic, with the ability to review, monitor, and evaluate school processes as part of the accreditation process.
• Have an understanding of and experience teaching students who are English Language Learners.
• Be able to coordinate, work with, support, and lead staff teams within the classroom and the wider school where appropriate.
• Be willing to contribute to the wider school community through extra-curricular activities.
• Demonstrate competency in the use of learning technologies in the classroom.

Ideally, candidates will have:

• A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience.
• Middle or senior management experience in a role such as EY Leader, Year Leader, Subject Leader, or Key Stage Leader.
