ROLE: Finance Officer

SCHOOL: Wordsworth Primary and Nursery School

HOURS: 20 hours to be worked across five days (Monday – Friday) Term time + 1 week (5 days outside of term time to be agreed)

SALARY: Grade 6 SCP12-17 Actual Salary £13,175.04- £13,697.14

CLOSING DATE: Friday 29th November 12 noon

We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated and experienced professional to support the Operations Manager with the effective delivery of the school’s financial processes and administration of the support functions to ensure the efficient running of the school.

Responsibilities will include processing orders for goods and services, payment of invoices, receiving and reconciling payments in respect of school activities, and dealing with & responding to a variety of contact from external sources, ensuring clear precise & accurate information.

The successful candidate will have a financial background and knowledge of financial management systems. Experience of working in a school would be an advantage.
